Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
We also have the same issue. We use the Favorites to see when shared mailboxes have new messages since they do not come up in the notification area.
This browser is no longer supported.

Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

I agree that this function to add the shared mailbox's Inbox to the favorites is a must. I am reverting back to old version just because of this. Overall I like the new version.
I have 6 shared mailboxes and in favorites, I could see new e-mails very easily and I could switch between inboxes without opening the whole tree and scrolling. I use this feature every day multiple times.
So please include this in the new version as soon as possible.
Same issue.
I need to monitor the Inbox for several shared mailboxes and adding the Inbox for each shared mailbox to my favourites was a great feature.
Not having this feature would mean trawling through email folders, expanding each mailbox, just to see if there are any emails that are urgent.
For now I will need to go back to previous version and cannot use the new version.
Same here. Need to be able to add shared mailbox folders to favorites. Example we have a shared mailbox for Support. The team has several users that work out of the mailbox. Each user has a subfolder with their name. Emails are moved to the respective user's subfolder to work on the request. They used to be able to add those subfolders to their favorites. Now they have to scroll thru several dozen lines to get to their folder to see if they have work to do. Currently favorites are only for your personal mailbox.
Current Outlook desktop I can take any add them to Favorites. This is a must have feature.
I agree. Please, please make sure this feature is considered. I have serval mailboxes that I look at and being able to see them all in my favorites really helps. This has caused me to revert back to the old version.
