Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

Having to revert to the old Outlook as I monitor several shared mailboxes and need access via Favourites.
We use these for various business accounts and could really use to separate from a buried folder under shared with me. Please allow to move to Favorites.
Thanks!

Thanks Dan, this is the right solution to solve this problem.ššš„
After reading this, I switched from old to new Outlook, but reverted back after 3 minutes, some other features don't work => I can't change the folder order (where I move emails based on email rules) inside the new Outlook.
