Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Our team is using multiple inboxes ( what a surprise in 2023 ). Either let us add it to favorites or display as separate mailboxes.

Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

Same issue here, a dealbreaker for the new version.
I have now found that this issue has been mentioned since 2020 and such an important feature is still not implemented today.
I would appreciate it if this could be solved soon.
