Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

Glad to see that this is on the radar. It may not seem like a big issue, but it basically makes the new version unusable to me since I monitor two inboxes and need to be responsive all day. Overall, the new UI is great. Waiting on this feature to make the switch.
Any update here? I live on this and can't use the product until it supports shared mailboxes as the old version did.
I have the same question as well. The new outlook is faster than the old one but the option to add shared mailbox to favorite is much more needed. Hope Microsoft will handle the issue faster.
Same issue here. As many others, i don't understand why you remove features.
Kind regards
