Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

Same. This is a must-have, and a deal breaker for the New Outlook
I have the same problem and a big issue when monitoring multiple mailboxes. Needs priority!!
Hi Dan,
It doesn't work for me neither. On favorites I can only add some of my own inbox folder (from my user account) and some categories, but not inbox folders of other shared mailboxes accounts.
the shared mailboxes appear now under this folder "Shared with me". But they cannot be added to favorites, neither with your workaround.
You are right, for some reason it's not showing everything. Disaster. Switched back to the old version :(
