Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

It's also not available on the Office365 web version of Outlook. Please include in an update soon. This concerns me as our company is moving away from the Outlook application to the web.
Our company needs a solution to this as well!
Would definitely prefer this feature - it is vital for our company to have this function!
I'm just here to add my voice to the chorus of people requesting that this basic feature be added. This is vital for my and my companies workflow.
For the time being I will need to go back to the classic version.
Otherwise, the new version is great.
Actually... I needed to edit this because yet ANOTHER basic feature is gone. You can't empty the deleted items folder of shared mailboxes either. There is no option to do so when you right click.
