Add folder from a shared mailbox to favorites

Hi,

I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?

Thanks for your help.

I can't believe this hasn't been fixed yet. Our support inboxes are shared mailboxes, not being able to see the inboxes in favourties means we are constantly at risk of not reponsding to support requests within exected timeframes

Adding to this issue. As long as this is not possible, using the new outlook is not an option.

I have same problem. Can I revert to previous version?

Also, is it possible to change the order of my three email accounts?

I am surprised that such a frequently used standard feature has not been implemented yet.

We cannot use the "New Outlook" if folders from shared mailboxes cannot be added to favorites.

Also, shared mailboxes folders do not seem to update automatically yet either.
You have to click on each folder individually or close and reopen Outlook to see if new mails have arrived.
Are we back in 1999 now or what's going on here?
