Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
This issue is going to cause me to go back to the Old Version of Outlook. Really Disappointed.

Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

This is a massively important feature, and I will have no choice but to switch back to the old outlook until it is released.
The whole company wolud transfer to the new outlook if it would support adding shared mail to favourites. So this is really the main drawback for us.
Same here, always had a shared inbox for our departmental e-mails that the rest of the company can send requests. Disappointed to see that this can not be added to Favorites in the new Outlook.
I think they try to push us to the group setup which you can add to favorites. But this is not a solution for existing shared email inboxes.
I can't understand why they made it like this. In almost every professional environment people are used to work with multiple mailboxes. I guess they are bussy working on like buttons and emoji's...
