Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Same issue as all. If this is not fixed, we have to stay with the old version. Get it fixed please.

Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

This is a very important feature and additionally it should be changed that shared mailboxes are now hidden below "shared with me" and hard to find and need at least one additional click whereas it was simple on the top level of the tree menu - which was fine.
I think about to revert to OLD Outlook because of this.

@Microsoft @Outlook PLEASE FIX THIS
Old version is limited to 50gb and so completely unusable for our company, while this new Outlook has been out for more than a year and still doesn't have such a basic feature as adding shared mailboxes to favorites...
I CANNOT DO MY JOB
How is this possibly not an option? And how was the reported as an issue almost 1 year ago, and still not implemented? MAJOR oversight. Also, why no custom flag dates?
