Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?

This is ridiculous! As if Outlook were a private customer product that is not used professionally.
I would now advise my clients to switch to an alternative Exchange client ... but you know what?!
THEY NEED TO USE OUTLOOK TO ACCESS THEIR EXCHANGE SERVER.And Microsoft will enforce the use of the new Outlook by the end of 2024 ...
IT IS A REAL THREAT TO MY CUSTOMERS TO FORCE A SOFTWARE THAT LACKS BASIC FUNCTIONS.
So the truth is ... if Microsoft handels its exchange business clients like this ... I have to advise my customers to switch the whole Exchange eco system before the end of 2024. Thanks.
