Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
I have the same issue, I will not be using new outlook without this feature, we need to add multiple shared mailbox folders to our favourites.

Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

Showstopper for using the new outlook. Any roadmap on this feature?
Hi Ashraf, Is it still in progress? Thanks
Reverting to old Outlook because of this, it's crucial to make sure important emails don't get lost in shared mailboxes.
It's been reported since May 2023 - not much sign of it being high priority sadly...
The ability to make shared inboxes visible is integral to a business email client. This needs to be a high priority.
