Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
How? I have no such functionality still?
Thanks
Tim

Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

This feature to add a shared mailbox to favorites is now working in the new Outlook, but another thing that is also important to me "reordering the folders inside the Inbox" is not working and that's why I went back to the old version of Outlook.

In my company, too, there have been strong demands for this since the switch to the new version.
It looks like this is still an issue almost a year later. My organization just moved to the "new" teams, and I guess the "new" outlook will also be the standard soon. Fingers crossed!
