Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
How is this still not fixed a year later?

Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

Same issue here. Its been a year since the issue was raised, hope this will be implemented soon.
Same issue for us. Can't use new version of Outlook.
Even if it does get included, I have just realised that it will only apply to those with a 365 account!
Dumb, I know but I don't see Apple charging for this feature on Iphones, Ipads etc
