Add folder from a shared mailbox to favorites

Hi,

I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?

Thanks for your help.

This is still an issue in April 2024. Please revisit as it has a big impact on efficiencies and productivity.

Can we get an update Microsoft on why this feature has still not been added? I have close to 30 mailboxes in Outlook that I manage and it's very difficult to to have to do this way, I can add contacts to favourites so why not folders from mailboxes?

Adding to the list of those requesting this feature to be added back.

I'm just another user quoting this feature.

Inexplicable to me why it has been simply forgotten for new Outlook.

Please do anything you can to make this feature come back. It is a game changer to have the folders from shared mailboxes in my Favorites since I have to use so many shared mailboxes and it takes too much time to go looking for the folders I need. I wish the conveniences would stop going away. It's making it harder to work, not easier.
