Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

Appalling to see that over a year later and over 800 more people raising this as a crucial issue and it still hasn't been solved. I'd love to use the new Outlook as the interface is great but how is Microsoft not sorting out basic needs for users is beyond me.
Latest from Office 365 Roadmap page shows the feature has changed and slipped, now looking at September / October
So on the roadmap is both adding shared mailboxes as accounts (at which point you can favourite a folder) and specifically adding a shared folder to Favourites. Former in now Sept / Oct, latter is now July / Aug.
Long time getting here but is on its way.
Also, an observation for those complaining about the new outlook mine updated and I no longer had the toggle to switch back, but in reality it had installed a separate instance
I now have both old and new outlook installed (and both can be run at the same time)
This seriously has to get fixed. I have avoided the new outlook specifically for reasons like this and now I've been forced into the new outlook and this is an extra hassle that I really don't need...
