Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

This. Is. Essential.
I have access to 14 different inboxes but only need to frequently check about 4. Pinning the frequently used inboxes to the Favourites saves an enormous amount of time; I could easily see when there was a new email in there, i can add or remove boxes from there temporarily if I'm covering for someone.
How did this flexibility get omitted?
October 2024??! Just to have the ability to pin shared folders to favorites that is a feature in the CURRENT version of Outlook?!?! This is absolutely ridiculous. I have a Copilot license and can't do much with the old version of Outlook. MICROSOFT FIX THIS.
It was on the May roadmap, then the June roadmap, then the July roadmap... I'm not exactly hopeful
The foot-dragging has been extremely poor form.
It's on the roadmap for October:
