Add folder from a shared mailbox to favorites

Hi,

I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?

    Hello all,

    I have been following this issue since the beginning. A very LONG wait, but perhaps the wait is coming to an end for all.

    At least for my version of the New Outlook, I can now add Shared Mailbox folders to my Favorites. However, I am on a the Targeted Release.

    I have been testing for the last week before posting this update and it is working properly. Hopefully this feature will be released to all in the near future.

    I think it's very arrogant way Microsoft treats the users, we are really dependent on this feature, working with shared mailboxes.

    I think we will stop using that funktion, going forward, in my department!

    It's been nearly two years since you posted that this feature was not available - is Microsoft working on this because it is quite an issue for some of us?

    Yesterday (March 31, 2025) I checked, this option is still not available, Microsoft developer team - do something right!
