Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

Addin to the chorus - this feature is what prevents us from moving to the new Outlook. Unless and until it is added, we cannot use it.
same here. As long as we can't add shared mailbox folders to the favorites, the new outlook isn't a good option to use.
Will start using the new outlook as soon as this feature is enabled!
It has been over a year, how has this functionality not been added yet? Its a huge issue.
