Add folder from a shared mailbox to favorites

Hi,

I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?

Thanks for your help.

    Hi Microsoft,

I've been keeping a close eye on this and there seems to be no further update, like everyone else on here this is a key feature and surprising it was dropped in the first place, Please bump this up to get it up and running ASAP.

Thank you! I did end up going back, however, things aren't perfect. Outlook classic does not allow me to add several of my company emails which are ran through Google Workspace. Outlook Classic is ending support for gmail apparently.

Over 270 replies and 1300 people "have the same problem" not being able to add shared mailboxes to Favorites at the top of the new Outlook. This is completely ridiculous that Microsoft can't add a simple feature back to Outlook that has been available for over 10 years. It is imperative for many of us who monitor multiple shared mailboxes for things like support tickets. Without having these shared mailboxes at the top of our screen under Favorites, we have to constantly scroll way down to check these shared mailboxes manually which takes a stupid amount of time and effort and delays replies and resolution to support tickets and other requests. MICROSOFT PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP.
