Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Should I forget about this feature?

Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

Should I forget about this feature?
This is a massive issue that affects every user in my environment. It is having enough of an impact for my site to initiate meetings to change back to GSuite from Microsoft 365 environment. After pushing out incomplete and buggy applications to an enterprise environment that causes loss of income, MS should be looking for the next dip in stock value as many tenants will decide that the forced changes to broken apps are not worth the money.
I saw on this reddit post that the feature is currently in developpement:

That's a great news! I hope it will be released to everyone soon...
Unfortunately, this has been in 'development' for a long time. It's also been 'rolled out' every month for the last 8 months or so. They keep moving the goal posts.
