Add folder from a shared mailbox to favorites

Hi,

I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?

    Micro$oft also removed from New Outlook the Option-->Mail-->Saved Messages-->When replying to a message that is not in the Inbox, save the reply in the same folder.
    Unhelpfully, this is not on any roadmap or message center that this feature is being considered for future updates.

    Stuck with "Classic" Outlook until they either stop gaslighting us with 'improvements' that are far from it (yes, without precedent), or we somehow find an alternative out from under this useless behemoth's monopolization of nearly everything digital in the collective West (even less likely...)

    Ouch, this is still not possible...I was giving New Outlook a chance, there are other consideration but only because of this, I need to go back to the Old Outllook.

    Will be back when available...

    Hopefully, this will roll out this month like stated. This is a much needed feature so that I can see when emails come into a Shared Mailbox.

    As someone who manages several shared mailboxes, this is 100% a reason for me to return to the "old" outlook.

    This is still a work in progress? This response is from 2023!!! It is now almost February 2025 - you mean to tell me you have been unable to fix this favorites issue - among other things - in new outlook in the past TWO YEARS!??!? This is ridiculous. This issue - among others that I will report - needs to be fixed ASAP and available to us. I have several inboxes I manage and to not have them added to favorites - like old outlook's capabilities - has affected my job performance.
