Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

I'd appreciate a screenshot of the rolled out feature even more! :-)
If you see previous replies - it is currently being rolled out but may take some time to get to everyone. Some people can add folders to favourites now, so I guess it's just a matter of try and try again. Eventually, we will all HAVE to move to the new version, so really hope they do it properly.
My least favorite part is that Outlook told me "A newer version of Outlook is required to continue" - so i upgraded. then it didn't allow me to organize my shared inboxes. so i switched back. So...... it wasn't required???? don't prompt me to upgrade unless it is ready to go. until this is fixed Microsoft is wasting my time.
