Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
I have the same issue. Not going to use "new" outlook until this is resolved.

Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

Dear Wonderful Microsoft,
When creating a 'new' version of an application that you have sold to so many people we can't use anything else... please ensure you incorporate the working functions of the 'old' software into the 'new' software.
Forget about reinventing the wheel... if Microsoft made new cars - they would make new cars without wheels! š¤£
Why is it that when you make a new version of an application - we can no longer do the simple things we used to do in the old version, in the new version - such as adding a shared mailbox to favourites?
Genius! šššš
Hi All
Seems like 2 years later, this function has still not been added. Staying on the old version.
Here we are almost two years later and this is still not an option that I can see. Please add this feature back as I monitor several shared inboxes and need to see them at the top of my navigation pane so I don't miss any new messages. Thanks!
