Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

At the end I had to downgrade to the old Outlook, as the new app feels too cluttered for my workflow. One critical feature I rely on is the ability to make shared folders favorites, which the new version doesn't handle at all. It's unfortunate and regrettable that I have to use software that's nearly 13 years old just to maintain this functionality.
We like the New Outlook, but unfortunately cannot roll it out in a corporate environment if our end users cannot easily add shared mailboxes to their favorites. It's October 2024, not sure why Microsoft is missing this most basic exchange feature that has been present in its Classic Outlook application for decades now. Any update on when this extremely basic feature will be available in the new Outlook?
Any new upon this.... Just beeing being able to Add INBOXES from SHARED MAILBOXES to the Favorites... how hard can it be!!
I cannot use the new Outlook until this feature is available. This should be a primary focus to incorporate 365 exchange features in the primary Microsoft e-mail program. I am looking forward to this program, but shared mailboxes are a critical part of my workflow.
