Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

any update here?
This issue needs to be addressed
I refuse to change over to the New Outlook until you can add any subfolder you want to favourites (shared or not) as this is how I monitor the work I have to do & if I can't use it then Outlook is useless to me..
This must be fixed!!!
This is the biggest feature missing from New Outlook in my opinion. The biggest complaint I am getting from users is the loss of this necessary feature.
