Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Any progress on adding folders from shared emails to favorites as it is very easy to miss new emails when you are not able to have the inbox in favorites?

Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

Your screenshot appears to be groups, not shared mailboxes as such..
Shared mailboxes appears in a folder called 'Shared with me', whilst groups appear as a 3 people icon.
Right clicking on a folder inside a shared mailbox offers no way to add to favourite
Right clicking on a group does..
you can type to add in a shared mailbox from the favourites section, but this seemly just creates a filter in your mailbox for correspondence to/from that person:
Your screenshot does not confirm that shared mailboxes can be added to favorites now.
See the icons with the 3 people next to "staff" etc.?
These look like groups in your favorites ... not folders of shared mailboxes.
See the drawer icon next to "Inbox"?
If it were shared mailboxes there should be multiple elements with this icon in the favorites list.
I can't see this behaviour..
