Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

I’m sure I’m not the only one who is tired of getting notifications for this thread, hoping that Microsoft will finally announce support for pinning shared folders. I used to check the GUI regularly, thinking that they would fix it soon, but it has been months and nothing has changed.
Same problem here. A reason to not switch to the new version.
Adding this functionality back is vital to the success of support technicians who monitor multiple support inboxes. To René Ténière's point, A notification is something we have always wanted when an email arrives in a shared inbox. Please, please add this feature!
Hello
I started using the new Outlook view over 2 weeks ago now. I had no time to start sorting all out good before.
I was not able to find a way to add one of my shared folder to my Favorites view, and I just found this has been acknowledged for some time now.
Being able to add a shared folder to Favorites view is very important, if there is a way to enable this, please let us know as soon as it becomes available, I may need to consider switching back to the old view if this feature is not made available soon...
