Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
I am also having this same issue as I monitor/respond to multiple shared inboxes. Why would Microsoft remove this feature from the new outlook?

Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

Our business is suffering because of this.
Our feedback mailbox is shared and we are missing customer emails because we don't see them.
Our only rescue is to keep a close look on the outlook mobile...
Not good, please add soon!
Do you know when this is going to be fixed?
OK, so we're now up to 6 months - is this another 'Microsoft Half-Baked' scenario like so many more before it (including the search facility in the 'Old Outlook') that will never get fixed?
We really need this feature as the shared mailboxes is often hidden far down the list and people doesnt notice new mails in it.
