How to view the to-do bar in the new outlook? It is convenient to have the work-day calendar (and/or to-do list) on the side while responding to emails.

The question was answered. If anything, they made it more accessible than before. Toggle the button on the title-bar:

For anyone else looking, the To Do is (at least as of now) in the New Outlook view. In the upper right area near the close/minimize/maximize buttosn there's a calendar and checkmark icon next to the notification bell. Hit that and it opens a calendar/to do pane.
Can you sort the tasks as seems to be just a random order so completely useless. i just need it sorted by due date.

Not having the "To Do" Bar is a huge disservice. I'll resume using the old one for this feature considering not having it is counterproductive and to be frank, nonsensical.
