This is an insane feature to remove. Did you do any VOC on this at all? I will also be reverting back to the old view. This was the best feature that was available and needs to eb brought back.

The To-Do Bar (for Calendar, specifically) is an absolute must-have feature. The fact that this is discontinued currently is honestly baffling. The user should not be forced to toggle back and forth between Mail and Calendar to have all critical information they need in front of them at one time. Really hope this decision is revisited and reconsidered.

Hi there, Are you not aware that people use the features you're just removing from the product, what are you actually doing? Is there a forthcoming Outlook Pro app that restores these relied upon features in Outlook that you're artificially building demand for or something? Just completely lost at what this is helping with. Why are you releasing 'upgraded' versions that without any mention have just deleted key functions? Is the banishing of the Tasks Pane/ToDo Pane on the right of the Outlook interface anything to do with the waste of space 'App Bar' 'Hub Bar' that's once again (at least for now it seems) mandatory on the left side? Please consider restoring the Tasks Pane functionality to Outlook as it's very widely used and can't find a shred of justification or planning about its removal? Kind regards, Oscar

I am blown away about the fact that Microsoft neglects the most basic planning functionalities for anyone involved in business. Should we just simply go back to pen and paper calendars next? As someone mentioned in another reply - The power of Outlook running a business for projects, clients, etc. having the possibility to very easily manage your tasks, flagged emails and todos from Onenote in to the Calendar experience was one of the best features in Outlook. And now it is gone. Now Outlook is just a nice looking basic app that can be easily replaced with anything else... Come on Microsoft....... *slap*

For anyone else looking, the To Do is (at least as of now) in the New Outlook view. In the upper right area near the close/minimize/maximize buttosn there's a calendar and checkmark icon next to the notification bell. Hit that and it opens a calendar/to do pane.

Hi there,

Are you not aware that people use the features you're just removing from the product, what are you actually doing?
