Text disappears or distorted while typing on Outlook (Office 365)

This has been an issue for a while. I'm using Outlook as part of Office 365 on my desktop, Dell XPS 8950. While writing an email, all of sudden, text disappears or gets distorted (e.g., some part of the text is shown and the other part is not). After scrolling up and down the mouse wheel, it usually returns to normal.

I've searched for a solution and found almost all suggested solutions say that I need to disable "overtype mode" as below. However, both options were already unchecked but the issue does not go away.

If you know other causes or solutions, please let me know. This is really annoying and refuses to go away. If standalone Outlook (e.g., Office 2021) does not have this issue, please let me know. Thanks.

    there is a gpu selection tab. see if you can change integrated to Nvidia.

    I get an extra drop down box for no 2. This lets me select NVidia or integrated graphics for the app and it is set to integrated so box 3 is all disabled

    We have the same issue, users are running on different Lenovo ThinkPad T14s gen 1, 2, 3, T490s, X1 Carbon, All on Win10. Tried to add Outlook.exe so HA is "disabled" Let Windows decide. But users are still complaining

    i'm wondering if any of you with the same problem have any Email signatur Add-in/Plugin We are using Xink dont know if its related or to other Plugins just curious, becaus this is a nightmare.

    Tried so many things to fix this problem

    Full update (OS / Office )

    full lenovo update / Bios

    Office Rep.

    Disable hardware Acc, ( Added Outlook to graphics performance )

    user tried reply in own window and in side window (reading pane)

    Changed auto save to 1 minute

    Bad part is that i cannot provoke the error, and is so periodic

    open for any advice/suggestions/recommendations OPEN for anything Please ;)
