This is conceivable. I've been using Apple and iCloud for the last 15 years. For some time I wanted to check how to work on WIN 11. For mail and contacts, I chose Outlook in 365.

Something bad happened in the contact database and I had to delete them all to upload new ones. I had almost 3000 of them and now attention:

To do this, you need to delete them with 10 pcs. !

Then, to delete them from the deleted folder, you need to delete with 50 pcs.

It is unlikely that it lacks such basic features that have been present for a long time in google and iCloud.

Can anyone answer the question why this is so?

    The most stupid thing I've ever faced, did Microsoft people ever think before acting? I tried to import contacts from another account where I have duplicate contacts. in google I just run merge and fix and it merged duplicate contacts in outlook this option is removed and I can't delete all contacts and import them again so I have now 4500 contacts where I should only have about 1500.

    I'm having the same issue. I need to delete over 1200 contact and when I select all, the delete option disappears with a message saying "you have selected more than 10 contacts". Nothing else is offered.

    I need to delete all my contacts at once.

    HI.

    I'm sorry, but this conversation looks strange. Have you ever seen what it looks like? Why should I take pictures of this? It looks the same everywhere for everyone.

    Of course, it does not matter the browser no on each it looks the same. Go to outlook online, go to contacts, select more than 10 and try to delete it.... Impossible.

    Same problem here.

    I have 3,909 contacts that are messed up and to delete them will take me only three days versus the week that it will take the gentleman with 22,000.

    The lack of having a feature to DELETE ALL or DELETE ALL SELECTED is absolutely inconceivable.

    And the lack of the MS Admin here to provide a workaround since this issue was first raised more than two months ago... I'm 59 and haven't been this frustrated with something computer-related since I first sat down in front of one.

    Please please fix this, MS.

    Hi.

    Thank you for your reply. Both links lead me to https://outlook.live.com/people/0/ I'm using microsoft 365 family. So I think it's not a work, it's personal.

    Believe me, there was no option to select more than 10 contacts. As you chose more than 10 is disappearing option to delete.

    I also called Microsoft support. They connected to my computer and no one could do it either. I had to do it manually - remove them 10 pcs. ....
