Outlook Navigation Pane moved from bottom to left

The Outlook Navigation Pane moved from bottom to left. How can i move it back to the bottom of the pane?

Starting in safe mode and closing out and reopening worked! Thanks.

This worked for me. I can only hope that when this "comes" there is an option to change the location. Outlook's horizontal real estate disappears quickly with add-ons.

(Running Version 2202 Build 16.0.14931.20128 64-bit)

Opening in Safe, closing, and then re-opening Outlook normally worked.

But two things:
- The width of the Compact Navigation(which I prefer) is restricted to the left column, so it only displays four no matter how many you prefer
- I'm concerned that is is a temporary solution. Can't we have a Navigation Panel option for side or bottom?

FIX: In the upper right corner of Outlook--next to Coming Soon--is an On/Off toggle. Toggle Coming Soon to OFF. Navigation bar will return to prior location.
