NEW OUT LOOK QUICK STEPS OPTIONS TO CREATE NEW EMAIL IS MISSING

IN THE OLDER VERSION OF OUT LOOK I COULD MAKE A QUICK STEP TO SEND A NEW EMAIL TO CERTAIN PEOPLE AND PUT ALL THE INFO OF THE BODYS IN SAID QUICKSTEP . I NO LONGER SEE THAT OPTION TO CREATE A NEW EMAIL UNDER THE RESPONSE TAB IN THE NEW OUTLOOK. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP AS I USE THIS ON A DAILY BASIS?

    This is a HUGE feature for me! I use this daily in my job and it is a huge inconvenience for it to no longer be available! I've continued to use the legacy Outlook, but now the features are disappearing from the legacy Outlook as well, I'm guessing in order to force us to use a "newer" version that is more outdated than the "older" version?!?! I believe I may be switching all accounts to Gmail if this issue is not remedied very quickly, because this is entirely too frustrating to deal with!!!

    I found a work around for the time being. It still requires a little extra work but better than opening up a template doc to copy and paste.

    If you only need to use this for the email context and not preloading addresses and subject lines, you can create a signature with the text of the email. I added my subject line as the top line to be bale to copy and paste. Then when you start a new email just select the signature you want to use. Make sure you include your actual signature in the text box you write the email. This has helped but I also had to create address groups to be able to just put group names in the address bar for each email rather than adding a million addresses from memory. It's not perfect but it's something for now. Hope it helps someone else :)

    When I reverted to the older version, I also had issues with my formulas and had to recreate them from scratch, but now they’re working again.
