NEW OUT LOOK QUICK STEPS OPTIONS TO CREATE NEW EMAIL IS MISSING

IN THE OLDER VERSION OF OUT LOOK I COULD MAKE A QUICK STEP TO SEND A NEW EMAIL TO CERTAIN PEOPLE AND PUT ALL THE INFO OF THE BODYS IN SAID QUICKSTEP . I NO LONGER SEE THAT OPTION TO CREATE A NEW EMAIL UNDER THE RESPONSE TAB IN THE NEW OUTLOOK. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP AS I USE THIS ON A DAILY BASIS?

This is the most discusting, faulty, unorganized and insufficient program pushed out for the public to be FORCED INTO. If this is the beginning of things to come you should be ashamed of your selves. This is just pure arrogance that you felt it was perfectly fine to shove this down our throats when it was not tested or finished for public use. Even the damn spell check doesn't work. MY GOD !!!! The blantant obnoxiousness of it all!
