IN THE OLDER VERSION OF OUT LOOK I COULD MAKE A QUICK STEP TO SEND A NEW EMAIL TO CERTAIN PEOPLE AND PUT ALL THE INFO OF THE BODYS IN SAID QUICKSTEP . I NO LONGER SEE THAT OPTION TO CREATE A NEW EMAIL UNDER THE RESPONSE TAB IN THE NEW OUTLOOK. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP AS I USE THIS ON A DAILY BASIS?

NEEDS to be added!!!! why does this take so long to get added... its a simple item that already exists on the old version.
It has been over a year, is there an update on this issue?

The quick steps that are currently available can be done in rules so why the redundancy? The quick step to create a new message was very important to my department. We are on tight deadlines for daily bank files and having the emails with email templates available made sending our file information for approvals so much easier. It was also used for reminders to various groups and individuals and now that that work is being done manually (write out the email, add all the various groups and recipients to many emails) it is taking so much more time and we have much less time to get things approved and sent to the bank before the deadlines. This is beyond disapointing and I really hope this is fixed with an update soon. I really can not express just how impotant it was to my team.
Common theme to these answers:
We know you don't have the features from the 'old' version in the 'New and Improved version'. To get the best features you used to have that were somehow dropped off the face of the Earth by Microsoft, please fill out a form telling them that they didn't even get the existing functionality from the 'old' version worked into their 'New and Improved' version.
Now, just how they call it 'New and Improved' when they broke most of the 'old' stuff that was useful... that one is beyond me.
