NEW OUT LOOK QUICK STEPS OPTIONS TO CREATE NEW EMAIL IS MISSING

IN THE OLDER VERSION OF OUT LOOK I COULD MAKE A QUICK STEP TO SEND A NEW EMAIL TO CERTAIN PEOPLE AND PUT ALL THE INFO OF THE BODYS IN SAID QUICKSTEP . I NO LONGER SEE THAT OPTION TO CREATE A NEW EMAIL UNDER THE RESPONSE TAB IN THE NEW OUTLOOK. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP AS I USE THIS ON A DAILY BASIS?

    I waited on a "tech" for an hour ("Average wait time 2 minutes") and never got one. NOW I discover that this has been a know problem since the release of the update. I just updated a few days ago, so I truly believe that my outrage is justified. What an absolute sh** show.

    I too have been looking to setup a NEW MESSAGE via Quicksteps.

    Is there an estimated date of release for this feature?

    This is very a very crucial important feature, I can't believe that this was missed in the last update. This is an important feature for me as well. Per the comment from the moderator in this thread, I've created a feature request titled "Quick Steps - New Email to New Outlook". Please up-vote!

    They definitely need to add this feature. I won't use the new Outlook until they do.

    New outlook = less productive; that is an issue!

    I hope that they get this issue resolved soon. This is a big pertinent tool that I use for my job on a daily basis. And unfortunately, I do not have the choice but to use the New Outlook now because Office 365 stopped working and loading my emails for me.

    So Microsoft.... get a "New Email" Quick step soon please...
