NEW OUT LOOK QUICK STEPS OPTIONS TO CREATE NEW EMAIL IS MISSING

IN THE OLDER VERSION OF OUT LOOK I COULD MAKE A QUICK STEP TO SEND A NEW EMAIL TO CERTAIN PEOPLE AND PUT ALL THE INFO OF THE BODYS IN SAID QUICKSTEP . I NO LONGER SEE THAT OPTION TO CREATE A NEW EMAIL UNDER THE RESPONSE TAB IN THE NEW OUTLOOK. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP AS I USE THIS ON A DAILY BASIS?

    This is only valid with the old outlook not new outlook.

    My legacy Outlook stopped working on Tuesday this week, forcing me to move to the new Outlook. I find it incredible that this thread has been going for nigh on two years with no resolution or even an update. Pretty insulting really. I had 10 Quick Step emails set up that were used on a daily basis. And not just that, as a previous poster has commented on, the spell check doesn't work properly either. Some pretty big flaws in something being rolled out that we have no choice in accepting.

    I can make my peace with the "snazzy" layout of the new system and the changes in aesthetical features, but to omit something as highly in demand as Quick Step Emails is pretty unforgiveable really

    I agree you 200%. It's like they don't take the actual working person in to account when making these changes. The new outlook is not user friendly and in my opinion, a lot worse than the old outlook. It's like they are thinking more about the appearance then the actual funcationality.

    I agree. I used to use quick steps for email groups and text all the time. I hope the functionality is added soon, although i see the thread is 2 years old.

    Yes I need this quick step option made available in the new outlook, this feature is used plantwide in the old version.
