NEW OUT LOOK QUICK STEPS OPTIONS TO CREATE NEW EMAIL IS MISSING

IN THE OLDER VERSION OF OUT LOOK I COULD MAKE A QUICK STEP TO SEND A NEW EMAIL TO CERTAIN PEOPLE AND PUT ALL THE INFO OF THE BODYS IN SAID QUICKSTEP . I NO LONGER SEE THAT OPTION TO CREATE A NEW EMAIL UNDER THE RESPONSE TAB IN THE NEW OUTLOOK. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP AS I USE THIS ON A DAILY BASIS?

    this is the same issue for me. I use my quick steps email templates multiple times a day and will be lost without it - reverting to using draft version of email templates - I find that using drafts to be very cumbersome and not as productive as I need to be.

    Here's the work around that I've created for myself at this point.

    I created a contact list for the individuals that I regularly send a particular email to.

    I then created a signature with the email body and my signature and named it appropriately.

    I'm going to do that multiple times for multiple repetitive emails that I send on a daily basis to the same groups of people.

    Not as ideal as a quick step, but certainly a heck of a lot better than the alternative.
