NEW OUT LOOK QUICK STEPS OPTIONS TO CREATE NEW EMAIL IS MISSING

IN THE OLDER VERSION OF OUT LOOK I COULD MAKE A QUICK STEP TO SEND A NEW EMAIL TO CERTAIN PEOPLE AND PUT ALL THE INFO OF THE BODYS IN SAID QUICKSTEP . I NO LONGER SEE THAT OPTION TO CREATE A NEW EMAIL UNDER THE RESPONSE TAB IN THE NEW OUTLOOK. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP AS I USE THIS ON A DAILY BASIS?

    I have the same issue. I created the quick steps so the subject line would be the same, same group of individuals and part of the body. It made things so simple when you are working on projects and need to search for specific information or create rules to take emails that contained a certain subject line.

    Not happy with the lack of existing features in the new client vs the old. Why would you take features away doesn't make sense.

    Hello,

    I was having the same trouble but found a work around! If you go to contacts and the drop down next to "new contact" you can click new contact list and then basically create a group so when you type the new contact name which replaces the title of your past quick steps ((intake team) for example) then it sends to all the people in that contact list (: Hope this helps!

    I hope that they get this issue resolved soon. This is a big pertinent tool that I use for my job on a daily basis. And unfortunately, I do not have the choice but to use the New Outlook now because Office 365 stopped working and loading my emails for me.

    So Microsoft.... get a "New Email" Quick step soon please...
