'File' and other toolbars in new Outlook 2023

I have Windows 10 and used to have the Toggle to switch to new Outlook, which I never used because the New Outlook lacks many features that the old Outlook had that makes it convenient to add/copy files and paste as picture or any other format as options to choose from. Now the toggle was automatically taken away and I want it back so I can communicate and put together documents the way I want them to look, NOT in formats forced by the New Outlook defaults, which are very inefficient and inappropriate, most of the time. PLEASE give the users a choice on which version of Outlook is best for their specific needs.

i have this same experience with the new outlook, i want to recall emails but i cant find file icon for me to initiate the recall. i am using business new outlook

Yes it is the first time using the new outlook and it is for personal use. I am trying to set up a phone contact list. Sorry not sure how to do a screen shot.

I am trying to move all my mails from one account to another account. I am not able to do so. I do not see the import or export options anywhere. Is there any option through which I can access the export option earlier available under the file tab?

Hello - I am trying to find more of the options that the old outlook has that the new one doesnt seem to have. I keep reading when I go to the gear (Settings) in the top right and click on this and then click on the account I want to manage there should be an option of 'View Outlook Settings'. This is not there for me. I cannot seem to locate 'View Outlook Settings' anywhere in the new outlook. I am trying to find the import and export option and cannot locate this.
