'File' and other toolbars in new Outlook 2023

Please advise where I can find File and other toolbars such as Insert, Reference, etc in Outlook?. Currently I'm only seeing Home, View and Help toolbars.

    About Outlook

    Version You have Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2023.1204.100 (Production).Client Version is 20231208004.08 .

    I am attempting to import my WLM Calendar for which I have managed to create a .ics file for. My Calendar was not shown in my WLM online version ( something to do with POP3 vs IMAP when I set it up 12 years ago)

    How do I put copy of my screen shot (using the Snip tool) saved on my Desktop into this chat. I cannot see any add file in the toolbar above ? Just seen it !!!!!
