'File' and other toolbars in new Outlook 2023

Please advise where I can find File and other toolbars such as Insert, Reference, etc in Outlook?. Currently I'm only seeing Home, View and Help toolbars.

    The New Outlook - either Outlook Pre or Outlook on the web - does not have a File tab. If you want to use the old, good Outlook (which is much better at the moment) you need to turn off the new Outlook switch in the title bar. You can use both - pin Outlook Pre to the taskbar then turn it off and use the good one.

    Or type Outlook on the start menu and open it, not Pre. You want the Outlook that does not have Pre on the icon and lists the new items under the icon.

    I'm also looking for the File Tab/Menu, in particular, the following after selecting the File Tab:

    Open & Export

    Office Account 

    In particular, Update and Update Options

    Hello,

    My Microsoft is 365 Family. I have had to re-install Windows 11 on my PC. I have downloaded 365 and am trying to set up my family accounts in ite Outlook using my existing BT e-mail addresses as Bing says is possible. I cannot find any tab for adding an account?
