Please advise where I can find File and other toolbars such as Insert, Reference, etc in Outlook?. Currently I'm only seeing Home, View and Help toolbars.

Thank you,

Tina

There are 3 tabs in the New Outlook - Home, view, ad Help.

It does not have a file tab - it is identical to Outlook on the web but in an app.

The new Outlook is basically Outlook on the web in an app framework so you need to use the Outlook on the web method (this is why the steps for the New Outlook appear to be for Outlook on the web) - with the message open (in reading pane or new window) click the 3 dots to the right of the row of buttons in the header area. Click View > View message details.
