'File' and other toolbars in new Outlook 2023

Please advise where I can find File and other toolbars such as Insert, Reference, etc in Outlook?. Currently I'm only seeing Home, View and Help toolbars.

    Still no reply from MS

    They have moved it in the menu system but the menu is convenienlyt hidden. I got there but I can't remember how.

    Try looking fot it somewhere top left..

    Yes I am using New Outlook. Are these options not available in this version? I do subscribe to Office365.

    I have the same issue, File tab is not there in new outlook. How to get Options, Import/Export, Cache mode
