Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
I have discovered another way to Save As pdf files specifically (doesn't work for image) to specific folders from within the New Outlook. So click the file to open the Preview window. Click Print. Instead of clicking print to save as PDF, click Cancel. In the window that stays open behind the Print Dialog box, there should be a Save As disc and a Print button. See my photo below. This window is still open after I cancel the Print dialog window. Again did not work for a photo in my email or word/excel docs, but does work for PDF attachments. Click Save As and it opens the explore window that you can locate your folder and it will save as the file name from the email. Hopefully this info helps someone else.
