I can't find a unified inbox in the Outlook included in 365 either.

The previous native Windows Mail app provided the option to have an "All Inboxes" view. It appears the new Outlook does not? Or am I missing something?

The unified Inbox is not (yet) supported in the new Outlook (regardless of subscription).

2023-10-09T21:14:17+00:00 My position is exactly the same. Why is Microsoft releasing a product that is inferior to the Windows Mail that we have now. After immediately installing the New Outlook, I just as quickly got rid of it after discovering that it did not have a linked Inbox. Microsoft claim that New Outlook is a work in progress. Then please speed up th8e progress and keep the existing app available until this full functionality is included. and keep us posted as to this "progress".

2023-10-10T17:42:50+00:00 The worst part is, Microsoft uses a thinly veiled lie when they call something a "work in progress" when such easy functionality already exists in the current software by a different name. It is deceptive and legally actionable as an attempt to upgrade someone with a paid product, when we already paid them dozens of times when we bought computers with realistic expectations of services within their platform.
