Can you print a draft email in the New Outlook?

This does not work, and you've been told several times by several people. Why haven't you responded for over 6 months? You personally just responded to a ticket yesterday, so we know you're seeing these.

Thank you. I am using various email clients on my various platforms (MAIL of course, eM Client, Thundebird, and direct via browser but that's not the point) . I am just annoyed at the practices Microsoft is employing! and most disturbing is the inability to comprehend the severity of some of the flaws in this app being actually forced upon the public. Then, the inability to actually contact them by phone. Oh well....

maybe you try MOZILLA THUNDERBIRD?

In the office we also use OUTLOOK on the Win11 but the OLD STYLE VERSION.

We ALL reject to use the new version. Simply ****!

Privately I am using always Thunderbird - having many email accounts linked to it.

It works like a StarTrek Engine.. simply works!

This is absolutely unbelievable!!!

You may have noticed that Microsoft is forcing on you a switch to the New Outlook for windows every several days where the interval is continuously shrinking. Quite annoying as as soon as it switches, I immediately switch back to MAIL since the main most significant problem of this app being the READ/UNREAD status has not been corrected.

This same forced switch just occurred a few minutes ago.

I decided to call Microsoft Customer Support to discuss the issue and got at the other end the electronic secretary. With a couple of questions and my answer as to the reason from calling stated as New Outlook For Windows 11, I was immediately directed to an internet webpage with no other possibility of talking to anyone. Microsoft simply hung up on me.

I called back, several times, and each time, I suppose now recognizing my phone number, immediately directed me to Windows 11 help page and hung up on me every time.

I tries various other numbers including Microsoft Canada, with the same hung up results.

What a Travesty. If I now had another issue to discuss with Microsoft, I wouldn't be able to talk to anyone as it always hangs up on me.

What has become with Microsoft...? I would rate their customer service level at ), yest Zero!

Meanwhile I am still forced to use OUTLOOK for windows, and in my opinion, without a LEGAL justification!

I hope that someone out there with legal background will start a process to prevent Microsoft of doing so.
