Microsoft,

please take action in blocking in some way the continous spam emails from: 73 Botley Road, PA20 7FZ, MIDPARK

I have done everthing: unsubscribe from these emails, block, report as phising, set rules, ... but nothing works. They keep on comming in.

I read that a lot of people are encountering this issue, all comming from this same address: 73 Botley Road, PA20 7FZ, MIDPARK

Maybe you didn't know, but clicking Unsubscribe in a message that isn't legit is just going to open you up to more spam.

Also, there's absolutely nothing you can do to prevent an email from arriving in your mailbox.

If the emails are going to your Junk Email folder then the system is working.

No one from Microsoft is going to see this and do anything about it. Just you moving the spams into the Junk Email folder reports it to the backend servers.

    Hello,

    Does anyone try to use the "list-unsubscribe" email address which is in the email header (at least in most of spam mails with the BOTLEY... address) and does it works?

    I want to try but I do not know if it is like the unsubscribe links in the email body (which do not work).

    Another idea is to use the abuse services of the host of the spammer (host are usually saw godaddy and namecheap and in France we have ovh most of time). Sometimes, it works, but sometimes no.

    Makes sense and I tried it, but in my Outlook there is no blocking function anymore. I tried to make a 'rule' but that does not help one bit - it just does not work, these mails keep coming, whatever I try.

    Thing I do not understand is what Outlook has to gain with not taking any action. Contacted them twice and they come up with useless answers. A way to gain revenues? Spend about 5 minutes each day clearing my In-box, careful to remove not proper ones. Getting so tired of it...
