Continuous spam emails from the same address: 73 Botley Road, PA20 7FZ, MIDPARK

Microsoft,

please take action in blocking in some way the continous spam emails from: 73 Botley Road, PA20 7FZ, MIDPARK

I have done everthing: unsubscribe from these emails, block, report as phising, set rules, ... but nothing works. They keep on comming in.

I read that a lot of people are encountering this issue, all comming from this same address: 73 Botley Road, PA20 7FZ, MIDPARK

Please take action here !

Maybe you didn't know, but clicking Unsubscribe in a message that isn't legit is just going to open you up to more spam.

Also, there's absolutely nothing you can do to prevent an email from arriving in your mailbox.

If the emails are going to your Junk Email folder then the system is working.

No one from Microsoft is going to see this and do anything about it. Just you moving the spams into the Junk Email folder reports it to the backend servers.

    Very helpful.

    I´ve been really frustrated for months, as nothing has worked - made several reports on spam, phishing, have blocked the e-mails ....even thought of writing them, but as the address is missing name of the receiver, I got that it might be useless no matter what one does.

    You know whether it´s "just" spam - or phishing, trying to hack?

    (Seems pretty pointless as ads for anyone.)

    If I got this right - unsubscribing just gives them more opportunity to use the address, but also sending the mail to "junk mail", reporting "spam" og "phishing" does the same??

    Blocking might be worth a try....but I guess they often change the sender e-mail address.

    Thank you so much, as Hotmail/Microsoft doesn´t seem to be able to handle this address/sender.

    All the measures I was recommended to take, work against me. Safe mails the senders of which are in my adressbook now end up in myDdeleted box! Meaning I have to comb through my Inbox, Deleted box and Unwanted box every day! Also, I don't understand why they keep sending me these mails. if I do not react on the first day, not on the second, not after a week, not after six months, then what is the use of keep sending them?

    I have my email-adress since 1996, it is a very straightforward one and besides that there is lots of stuff in my boxes and maps to keep, so changing to a new one would be a great hassle.

    I have set up a JUNK rule. If the subject or body contains certain words it deletes the email.
    Each day I add a few words to the list.

    The list is huge.

    Today I am going to add 'MIDPARK' and that should delete all these emails when they come in.

    If you select Permanently Delete then it is a Client (computer) only rule and will only run when you open outlook.

    If you select Delete then it runs at the server.

    Also started randomly getting these about a week or 2 ago to the tune of about 80 emails a day.

    They do go straight to junk but it makes catching anything that goes into that folder by mistake a much more difficult task.
